2 bedroom apartment is located in a modern complex with communal pool in the tourist area of Kapparis, family-friendly and tranquil locality with easy access to the towns of Paralimni and Protaras. The complex comprises two swimming pools, landscaped gardens, SPA center, tennis court, children’s playground and fitness center. There are some good restaurants within walking distance, such as Italian restaurant, local tavernas and traditional Cypriot restaurants. The nearest beach, Malama Bay, is only 10 minutes walk and there are 2 more beaches nearby : Fireman’s bay and Agias Trias Beach.Supermarket METRO is only 5 minutes’ drive where you can find everything you need. A must see tourist attraction of Kapparis region is the Ocean Aquarium Park.
