The villa is located in a nice gate complex on Dekhelia Road in Larnaca. The main town of Larnaca is a 10 minute drive away. All the infrastructure (including various restaurants and cafes, mini-markets, pharmacy, bowling) are in a walking distance from the villa. The Golden Bay and The Palm Beach hotels both offer a good variety of water sports.
The villa is situated just few meters from the beach.
On the ground floor there is open plan living space, with dining area and kitchen. Modern kitchen is fully equipped and includes hob/oven, fridge with freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and all necessary crockery, cutlery. In the living room there are leather sofas, LCD TV with satellite channels and Wi-Fi internet. Dining area features table with chairs for 6 persons.
The villa has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms with sofa bed is located downstairs. There is also bathroom with shower cabin and toilet. Marble staircase leads upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms with double beds, both has en-suite bathrooms (one with shower, and one with full bath). Both of the upstairs bedrooms have access to the big balcony with sea views.
Bed linen and towels are provided. The property is fully air-conditioned.
Outside there is a private pool 8x4 m, 6 sunbeds, nice garden sofa with two armchairs and a coffee table. Landscaped garden keeps your pool area private.
