The apartment is located on the 3-rd floor, the elevator is available, it overlookeds the enclosed communal pool and gardens.The apartment has one double bedroom which opens onto the balcony and one twin bedroom.The lounge area features leather furniture and TV with local channels and also has access to the balcony.The balcony is equipped with chairs and table for outside dining.
Bathroom has bath with shower over and WC, hairdryer is available. There are changing rooms/WCs on the ground floor of the block to serve the communal swimming pool & sunbathing area.

Cleaning before arrival and after departure, internet wi-fi, water and electricity up to 100 electrical units pew week are included in the rental rates.
Возвращаемся в эти апартаменты уже второй раз. Нравится сочетание цены и качества. Уютно. Удачный балкон: солнце только с утра, днём можно комфортно обедать. Есть 2 вентилятора (кондиционеры не любим). Большой и удобный холодильник. Есть кулер. Есть холодильник для пляжа. Оставляли свой пляжный зонтик в прошлом году, в этом году он нас дождался в целости и сохранности. Достаточно тихий комплекс. Бассейн после ремонта (заменили кафель). Вай-фай. Хозяйка по нашей просьбе установила русские каналы на телевизоре. Рекомендуем для семьи с детьми или без них:)))
