This 3 bedroom villa is situated in Kapparis area of Protaras within 5 minutes walk to Fireman's beach. Main street with a wide choice of restaurants, bars, and shops is also located 5 minutes walk from the villa. The safe and friendly atmosphere of Kapparis makes it perfect holiday place for all the family. Ayia Napa with the best and biggest themed Water Park in Europe and its famous night life is just in a short drive from the villa.
The open plan living area has sofas, flat screen TV with satellite channels and DVD player. Large patio doors leads to the terrace in front of private swimming pool. Kitchen has all modern facilities including a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and large fridge/freezer, oven, hob. The dining area comfortably accommodates 6 people.
There are 3 bedrooms on the first floor: bedroom 1 has a double bed with fitted wardrobes, en-suite bathroom with bath, wash basin and wc. Two other bedrooms have 2 single beds in each and fitted wardrobes. There is a bathroom with shower on the first floor and another bathroom with shower and toilet on the ground floor.
Villa is fully air-conditioned, towels and linen are provided.
Outside there is a private swimming pool 8x4 m, sunbeds and umbrella, table and chairs.
