Description

This luxury and cozy apartment is located in Larnaca city center, 400 meters from the beach and within 5 minutes from tourist attractions, bars, coffee shops and shopping streets.
There is a swimming pool for adults and paddling-pool, shower and wc in the complex.
The entrance code is given only for the residents and guests of the complex.
The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Upon entering the apartment you get to the terrace with a beautiful view of the pool and the city. Terrace is equipped with garden furniture (table and 4 chairs). Large doors lead into the open plan living room which features a sofa, TV with cable channels, DVD, Wi-Fi internet.
The dining area comfortably accommodates 5-6 people. The kitchen is fully fitted with high specification appliances: hob, stove and oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, kettle, washing machine, iron and ironing board. Plates, cutlery and other kitchen utensils are provided as well.
A small corridor leads to two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, bedside cabinets, dressing table with chair, television, built-in wardrobes and a large full-length mirror . The bedroom has en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet.
The second bedroom is equipped with two large twin beds and built-in wardrobe.
Bathroom has a bath and toilet.
Linens and towels are provided, you just need to bring beach towels. The apartment is fully air conditioned.

Отдыхали семьей в августе 2015 г. Понравилось все. Наталья прекрасная хозяйка. Организовала для нас трансфер из аэропорта и обратно. Была возможность арендовать машину. В день приезда ожидал сюрприз с необходимым набором продуктов для завтрака и бутылка вина с фруктами. Апартаменты чистые, оборудованы всем необходимым для отдыха. Порадовала продуваемая терраса, что в жару особенно актуально. Комплекс находится в удобном месте. Рядом магазины, недалеко пляж, церковь Св. Лазаря. Спасибо хозяйке за прекрасно организованный отдых в апартаментах. Хочется вернуться!

Отдыхали в апартаментах семьей (2 взрослых, 2 ребенка по 1,5 года). Менеджеры Анна и Наталья показали себя с самой лучшей стороны: терпеливо отвечали на мои вопросы, предоставили дополнительную детскую кровать (единственные из тех, кому я задавал такой вопрос). Сами апартаменты являются исключительно удобными для отдыха семьи. Есть все, что только нужно: кухня, стиралка, утюг, вся мебель, русское ТВ, книги, вай-фай (который, кстати, ловит у бассейна :-). Также есть шикарная веранда, на которой можно собираться всем вместе, завтракать и т.д. Спасибо за теплый прием!
