This luxury apartment is located in a modern gated residential complex in the center of Larnaca. Famous steet Phoinikoudes with its numerous shops, restaurants, bars,kids amusement places, Church of Saint Lazaros and Larnaca Fort is within walking distance from the apartment (8-10 minutes).
There is a swimming pool for adults and paddling-pool for infants in the complex.
The entrance code is given only for the residents and guests of the complex.

Penthouse is located on the 4th floor and the elevator will bring you straight to your property with the special button, activated with your personal key.
There is a spacious open plan living area with cable TV and corner sofa, that can turn into bed for two guests. The property has a Wi-Fi internet access.
The dining area comfortably sits 6 people. The kitchen is fully fitted with high spec appliances, hob and oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, iron & ironing board, kettle, toaster. Plates, cutlery and other kitchen utensils are provided as well.

The apartment has two bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed and bedside cabinets has and en-suite bathroom with full bath, wash basin and toilet. There is also a heated rail for towels. The second bedroom features two single beds with bedside table. The bathroom for this bedroom has shower cubicle, wash basin and toilet.
Apartment has large patio doors in every room. From the living room and master bedroom there is an access to a huge balcony with table and chairs for al-fresco dining, 4 sunbeds, a set of sofa and two armchairs. It can be a perfect place for a relaxing afternoon or evening.
